The financial advice industry is evolving and client’s needs around retirement planning are changing. Clients are seeking this type of advice and are looking to their financial, legal and health advisor for guidance on transitioning into retirement.
BENEFITS- Utilizing retirement coaching in your organization would be beneficial for client acquisition, engagement, and retention. In addition, the benefits for the clients include understanding the major issues individuals encounter before, during and after retirement. Helping clients identify their values, define success and legacy are key factors to a healthy retirement. Learning to retire with meaning, purpose, and a plan are key for retirement success. Clients can learn if they want to work, not work, volunteer and how they will manage leisure activities. Other key issues include wellness, where to live in retirement and how to handle boredom. There are many other important topics to assist clients with the greatest transition they will ever face in their life.
Here are the services offered by New Perspective Coaching:
ASSESMENTS- This includes a 20 minute pre-interview to discuss the client’s situation and needs. There is a choice of three retirement instruments, the retirement success profile, the life options profile and the RQ. The assessment is taken virtually, and the virtual interpretation can last one to two hours.
ARTICLES- Articles could be provided for newsletter, website. Or other communications. Typically, the length of the articles will span about 600 words and be on topics of interest around non-financial retirement issues.
WORKSHOPS/WEBINARS- Workshops for your clients can be presented virtually or in person. These can be on various non-financial retirement topics.
STAFF TRAINING- Staff workshops can be presented on coaching skills, retirement issues and other topics of interest to your staff. Training can be presented in person or virtually on zoom.
ASK JOANNE- Clients can send non-financial retirement questions that will be answered within 48 hours. The questions can be about a variety of topics but will not be financial in nature. A specific point person can be arranged who will forward the questions to new prospective coaching.
CONSULTING- This provides guidance, mentoring or problem solving with staff around life, career, wellness and retirement issues. Times would be set up for individual or group staff meetings.
COACHING- Clients or advisors/staff can retain new prospective coaching for individual coaching for thirty minute or one hour sessions.
USE OF MY NAME & EXPERTISE- Companies will be provided with a continuous partnership with an award winning retirement coach and this can be utilized for marketing purposes, and on your webpage with my name and biography. You can also utilize Joanne to be a guest on any of your podcasts, interviews, webinars, videos or live events on an as needed basis.
